On Friday August 2nd, our director Donald Malone gave a presentation on the Interview Rubric System that Brent Springer worked as the lead last year. Since this system has been developed, it have been used in over 10 interview processes and has saved many days of work for those who have used it.
The system that was used for the demostration was the WDP Demo that I organized earlier this year. Donald explained the benefits of the system and let the users submit an application and go all the way through the process from the grading rubric to accepting the application in the back-end Administrative System. We received great feedback from them after the presentation and will continue to stay in contact to share ideas.
