This system was created to allow the hosting department to check in attendees through an iPad interface. The hosting department has multiple devices that will allow them to greet and check in multiple people at the same time. Also, the system has a seating chart map included to assist attendees to there seats.
This Administrative System allows an individual to upload the list of attendees for the event through a .csv file. It also allows an individual to check in attendees, as well as, manually add/delete attendees.
The goal of this project was to speed up the process of checking people into an event by using this portable iPad technology as opposed to them waiting in line at a table to do so.
